The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Situation

Customers, we are carefully monitoring the situation around the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are taking reasonable precautions. Please note:

  • We have not cancelled any courses as a result of the virus. If courses have to be cancelled due to further preventive measures, we will inform you in time.
  • If you wish to postpone your registration for health reasons, please contact us at training@artisanagility.com. If you have travelled to the current risk areas in the last 14 days before the start of the course, or who have had contact with people who are ill with Covid-19 or who are in quarantine, are asked to postpone their participation accordingly.
  • We have modified the exercises in our courses to avoid student-to-student contact or sharing pens, markers, lego bricks, etc.

Average Class Size: 20 Students


Artisan Approach: We show you how to provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. Our course includes: 

 

  • self-study time with recommended reading, videos, quizzes, and forum discussions with other students and the instructor. 
  • classroom time which includes hands-on simulations where you and your team have to solve common problems and learn from the other teams in the class.
  • face-to-face time (including by Skype, Zoom, or phone) with the instructor where we explore your motivation behind team leadership as a ScrumMaster. 


Attendees: We're looking for serious leaders and Certified ScrumMaster with one or more years of work experience in that role. The classroom portion of the A-CSM follows one month of self-study using our Artisan Online Academy. You should enroll four to six weeks before the classroom course in order to complete the self-study portion of the program.

To maintain your certification, you are required to earn Scrum Education Units® (SEUs). SEUs are credits earned by completing an educational training or learning opportunity.
