Artisan Approach

Artisan Agility training events are intense, focused, discussion-driven events. We incorporate lots of breakout sessions in this class, but there’s A LOT to learn and you’ll have to be on your toes to get the most out of the event.

Attendees

We’re looking for serious leaders and Certified ScrumMasters with one or more years of work experience in that role. There are a number of post-class assignments you’ll be required to complete in order to earn the certification. We’ll be with you every step of the way.

Certification

Yes. Successful completion of the Artisan Agility Advanced ScrumMastery training program results in the awarding of the highly-coveted Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification.

NOTE: Serious Leaders Only!

The A-CSM is not for everyone because it takes diligence and patience.

However, when students leave our course, their understanding of leadership and the power they possess is forever changed.

Prerequisites

1.  Before you dive into this intense course, you need to be an active CSM and be able to document a minimum of twelve months of experience on a Scrum team.

2.  Expect ten or more hours of work after the classroom portion of the training event, completing personal assignments.
