Assignment response looks great! Too bad about the “let us developers do our job” person, but that happens, right?

Now that you’re seeing improvement in the Sprint, I’d recommend encouraging the developers, during the Sprint, to look for ways to improve their solutions based on what they’re learning during the Sprint (i.e., are there easier approaches the developers could move to instead of the original plan?).
