Becoming a Product Owner is an exciting step in your career journey, even if you don't have a background in IT. While the role may seem daunting at first, there are strategies you can adopt to excel and make a meaningful impact. Here's how you can navigate your new role with confidence:

1. Learn the Basics of IT: While you might have yet to gain direct IT experience, having a foundational understanding of IT concepts is beneficial. You can familiarize yourself with key terms, processes, and technologies commonly used in software development. I also recommend a class on product ownership. I can help you there with a CSPO class.
