The Details

• Course Duration: 2 days, from 9AM-5PM, with breaks.
• No Prerequisites: No prior certification or experience required. Just bring your enthusiasm!
• Exam: Take your CSM exam online after the course, with 2 attempts included.
• Earn 16 PDU/SEU: Apply these towards further educational goals or certifications.

Refund Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel within ten days of the class, you can either transfer your seat to someone else or switch to a future class for a $250 fee. No-shows are non-refundable, but if you’re not satisfied by lunch on day one, we’ll give you a full refund—no questions asked.
