License Management
- Adding/Removing Users: Licenses are allocated or released when a user is created or deleted. If an invitation is sent, the license is only counted once the user accepts the invitation.
- User Count and Licensing: Users of multiple companies are counted as separate users for each company.
- Limits on Users and Products: Each tier has specific limits on the number of users, products, and AI interactions available.
- AI Interactions: Sierra’s AI, “Spark,” assists teams by completing tasks. The number of AI interactions is also tier-dependent.
Subscription Terms
- Monthly Term: Offers flexibility with a month-to-month commitment.
- Annual Term: Provides a cost-saving option with a 10% discount over the monthly term.
- Free Trial: All paid tiers come with a 3-month free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. Upon expiration of the trial, a credit card will be needed to continue using the service.
Subscription Management
- Auto-Renewal: Users can set their subscriptions to auto-renew or opt for manual renewal.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but they remain active until the end of the current term.
