This functionality allows for the automatic creation of tasks from a product backlog item, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to streamline your workflow and ensure that all necessary tasks are accounted for.
How to Use Spark for Task Generation
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access the Task Board
- Navigate to the task board within Sierra Agility where you manage your product backlog items.
- Select a Product Backlog Item
- Choose the product backlog item for which you want to generate tasks.
- Add Tasks Using Spark
- Click on the “Add Task” button associated with the selected backlog item.
- In the dropdown menu that appears, select “Let Spark Add Tasks.”
- Wait for Task Generation
- Spark will take a few seconds to process your request.
- During this time, Spark will read through the backlog item and its associated acceptance criteria.
- Review Generated Tasks
- Once Spark has completed its task generation process, it will add between 1 and 20 tasks to your backlog item.
- Review the generated tasks to ensure they align with your expectations and make any necessary adjustments.
