I am interested in gaining skills that allow me to better navigate the IT management environment. In the past, I have managed larger, geographically diverse teams and have found it difficult to get consistent, effective productivity out of my resources. I also struggled with gaining alignment with the rest of the management team. I am hoping this course will give me the skills to better evaluate the ecosystem I am working in to allow me to thrive in diverse settings.
