Artisan Approach
This is a classroom style, in-person training with embedded workshops and exercises. The CSPO training increases the emphasis on assessing and driving business value through close collaboration with the delivery team. This training is interactive and highly experiential. Participants gain practical tools and techniques for engaging with software delivery teams.
Attendees
Ideal for experienced product managers, people wanting to move to Product Ownership, or managers of Product Owners. A portion of the course will be spent introducing Scrum, therefore, there is no prerequisite to this course.
Certification
Yes, CSPO Certification includes 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) & 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs). This course will certify you with the Scrum Alliance®, a nonprofit organization that’s the largest, most established and influential professional certification and membership association in the Agile community.
CSPO Exam Fees
There is no exam for the CSPO certification, therefore there are no additional CSPO exam costs.
