This is one of my favorite questions to answer, because it opens the door for me to talk about many things that I love to talk about! So, what is a Sprint Demo? It’s typically a sure sign that your organization has no idea how to do a Sprint Review Event. WHAT? Yep. Let me explain in this edition of #AskArtisan!

Sprint Demos were, historically, supposed to be another name for a Sprint Review, but the problem is that now a Sprint Demo means you’ve finished the Sprint and the team does a demo for someone, and that’s the end of the Sprint. That is NOT what we’re supposed to be doing at the end of a Sprint!
