I love when I get asked about the role of a Scrum Team manager, because it’s quite an important topic that doesn’t get talked about enough!
If you’re a Scrum Team manager (or a manager of Scrum Team managers), you need to know the FIVE things you should be doing to ensure that you’re properly supporting your Scrum Teams.
